MI ROLE

Role:

Today, We have discussed the role for the research, everyone is in charge of the research, and I am the manger, and the main responsibility is to organize the meeting time, on the right track in terms of the researching, and also have schedule for organizing the deadline and task completed.

I am also the project manager in production project, so it’s a very good experience for me. I defined myself as an organized person, I like schedule out everything before actually do the task. I love the feeling of everything is being control on my hand, so I wont be panic. Even though it might have some changes for the plan, as long as it gives some time to fix it up, then there is no any problem at all. In the first stage, we brainstormed a lot of ideas and platforms we would be implemented. I have come up with a schedule for each week, what was the weekly task or actions for each one of us. This give a blueprint for them to organizing their time but also keep the production paces smoothly if there is no one who would be procrastinated. I would keep the update and remind my group members when should be the deadline for the task.
